BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 422 and 428 North Market Street, and 413 Hamilton Avenue, being on the northeast line of North Market Street, and the southwest line of Hamilton Avenue, at Bush Street. Lots 6, 7, and 8, block B, Frazier and Colville's Addition to Hill City, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 28, ROHC; being the properties described in deed book 2764, page 516, ROHC, and deed book 2656, page 983, ROHC. Tax Map No. 135D-C-12, 20, and 21. 0C from R-3 Residential Zone and R-4 Special Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Subject to a six (6) foot wooden sight-obscuring fence along the north and east property lines. 2. One row of shrubs, with a ratio of two deciduous to one evergreen shrubs, spaced an average of five (5) feet apart. 3. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by law.
